1. Data Controller
DINHELSE PHARMA S.L.
Calle Felipe Sanclemente 8, Puerta B · 50001 Zaragoza
info@dinhelsepharma.com
DINHELSE PHARMA is responsible for processing the personal data collected through this website, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
2. What data we collect and why
We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the forms on this site:
- Contact form: name, telephone number, email address and the message you write. These are used solely to respond to your enquiry.
- Request for quotation: in addition to the above, the company name, CIF or NIF, billing address, delivery address and the products you request. These are used to prepare and send the quotation and, if you accept it, to manage the order.
We do not use this data for advertising purposes nor do we create automated profiles. We do not make automated decisions that affect you.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent when you voluntarily submit the form. In the case of a quotation request, it also includes the application of pre-contractual measures at your request: we cannot prepare a quotation without your billing details.
4. Where data is stored and for how long
Requests are recorded in our commercial management system, hosted on our own server within the European Union, and are simultaneously notified by email to the team responsible for handling them.
They are recorded precisely to avoid loss: if an email fails to arrive or is misplaced, the request remains and we can respond to you.
Retention periods:
- Contact enquiries: retained while the enquiry is being handled and for up to one year afterwards in case of follow-up.
- Quotation requests: retained for up to two years from the last communication with you.
- If the request leads to a commercial relationship, billing data is kept for the periods required by tax and commercial regulations (currently six years).
After these periods, the data is deleted.
5. Recipients
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except when legally obliged to do so.
Our technology providers—server hosting and email sending—access the information solely to provide that service, are based in the European Union and have signed the corresponding data processing agreement.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection and portability by writing to info@dinhelsepharma.com, providing a document proving your identity. You may also withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Cookies
This site only uses technical cookies necessary for its operation. We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, and we do not track you across websites.
If in the future we include cookies that require it, your prior consent will be requested through the appropriate notice.
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or alteration: website encryption, encrypted backups off the server, access control with two-factor authentication and logging of actions performed on the data.
9. Third-party links
This site may contain links to third-party websites outside DINHELSE PHARMA. We are not responsible for their privacy policies or content.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be amended to adapt to legal or technical changes. We will publish updates on this same page, indicating the date of the last revision.
